I joined at the Leicester Lifestyle and Health Research Group in February 2018 as a research assistant. Prior to that I was a PhD student at the University of Bedfordshire. I have research experience in acute, lab-based studies and workplace interventions which investigate the health benefits of reducing and/or interrupting sedentary behaviour. Currently, I manage the running of the SMART Work & Life study. My other research interests include developing novel ways to interpret accelerometry data to better understand physical activity and sedentary behaviour as determinants of health status.

Favourite way to be active

Rugby and weightlifting.
