Lauren O’Mahoney
I joined the Leicester Lifestyle & Health Research Group in 2025, after five years as a Research Associate within the NIHR ARC East Midlands at the Leicester Diabetes Centre. My research focuses on lifestyle medicine, multiple long-term conditions, diabetes and Long Covid. I work across applied research, clinical trials and evidence synthesis, with a particular interest in improving outcomes for people living with complex health conditions.
Favourite way to be active
I stay active through hiking (when I get the chance) and the gym (always).
