What we do?
Healthy sleep is important in the management of multiple long term conditions. However, sleep disturbances are also common in individuals with long term conditons which can impact the quantity, quality and timing of sleep, resulting in unfavourable health outcomes. Our research aims to investigate the influence of sleep on cardiometabolic health, whilst also considering its role alongside other physical behaviours that make up the 24hr day.
