Joe Henson
I am a Research Fellow working in the Leicester Lifestyle and Health Research Group. I completed my PhD in 2015 having previously worked on multiple randomised controlled trials focused on diabetes prevention….all of which I found easier than writing this biography. My broad research interests lie in the interaction between physical activity, sedentary behaviour, cardiorespiratory fitness and health, with a particular focus on type 2 diabetes.
